The Chaberton successfully joined the Yes Torino quality for travellers
(a new quality trademark for tourist services), ), an innovative project to promote improved tourism facilities in the region.
It is promoted by the Turin Chamber of Commerce and by the Province, in collaboration
with the AICQ (Italian Association for Quality Culture).
YES does not measure prestige and elegance but rather whether the hotel meets maximum
hospitality standards for its category.
The requisites for award of the trademark are set by experts and certified by "mystery guests,"
unexpected customers who do not announce their role so as to ensure the reliability of their findings.
The trademark is awarded for one year and can be renewed after rigorous periodic checks to ensure that standards remain high.
